Adoption Of Resolutions 050400-D, 050400-E And 050400-F, Setting <br />The Date For A Public Hearing For Landscape Maintenance District 92- <br />1, Rancho Conejo <br />Sorensen reviewed the LIVID 92-1 election in June of 1998, and referenced <br />the high level of homeowner interest in the area. He explained that Phases <br />2 and 3 of the Rancho Conejo Playfield are currently under construction <br />and are expected to be open to the public in approximately 120 days; only <br />Phase 2 will be subject to the annual assessment until such time as the <br />requisite number of houses are occupied; and in the interim Phase 3 <br />maintenance will be subsidized through revenue generated by an easement <br />sale to GTE. He noted the presence of Amy Roblyer of Willdan Associates. <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Sorensen discussed assessment and <br />valuation criteria, and noted that the LMD 92-1 is at two-thirds build out. <br />
