It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to approve the use of the mobile stage by the City of Moorpark for Saturday, June 10, 2000; and authorize staff to issue a rental permit to Moorpark Centennial Committee. Authorization To Execute Agreement For The Provision Of A Summer Recreation Program For The City Of Westlake Village Benton stated that this is a program conducted annually for the City of Westlake Village, this will be the program's 14th year, and she stated staff recommendation. In response to Lange's inquiries, Benton said that no complaints or problems have been expressed regarding maintenance or dress code issues, and the plan is to offer programs for two age groups. Ward discussed liability issues and said that the agreement is consistent with past agreements. It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobson, and carried 4-0 to authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement between the City of Westlake Village and the District for provision of an afternoon summer recreation program, and authorize staff to proceed with the implementation of the program on a reimbursed cost basis.
