March 23, 2000 <br />Page 4 <br />Jacobsen said that the approach used by staff in the Facility Fee and <br />Charges is appropriate and reasonable, and the increase is not inordinate, <br />given that for several years there were minimal or no increases at all. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 032300-A, setting the Facility Fee and Charges for <br />the Conejo Recreation and Park District, effective July 1, 2000; that it <br />be read in title only and all other readings be waived. <br />9. Park Division Report <br />Sorensen reported that the dedication of the Camino Real bell at the <br />Stagecoach Inn is scheduled for March 27, discussions continue relative to <br />the Lang Ranch Creek debris/detention basins, and it is anticipated that a <br />lease extension will be requested by the proprietor of the Two Winds site. <br />
