Park Division Report Sorensen reported it is anticipated that on June 8 Board approval will be sought for three contract awards for construction of the Kimber Park site, Conejo Creek dog park and Borchard Community Center parking lot and skateboard facility, and staff expects to do the grading at the Kimber Park site with in-house personnel. In response to Board inquiries, Sorensen said that, currently, staff is proceeding with Board and community approved plans for the Kimber Park site, a verbal agreement has been reached with the City regarding street improvement plans near Conejo Creek Northwest Quadrant, and a ground breaking ceremony for Kimber Park will be scheduled.
