Recreation Division Report Lindsey thanked all for their support of the Teen Center anniversary celebration, and reported on upcoming events including the Therapeutic Youth Commission Dance on March 11, the Spring Arts and Crafts Festival at Borchard Community Center on March 11 and 12, and the Volunteer Recognition Dinner on March 12. Holt commended staff for an outstanding anniversary celebration at the Teen Center, and Lange said he was pleased with the show of community- wide support. C. Administration Division Report In response to Gibson's inquiry, Jorgensen said that staff is continuing efforts to schedule a meeting with the District's website designer. D. General Manager's Report Ward reported that two meetings have been scheduled with City staff, relative to the disposition of the 401 E. Hillcrest building and the proposed Newbury Park Teen Center, and staff compiled an analysis of various infrastructure repair and replacement projects for possible state and federal funding opportunities. E. Directors' Reports In response to Holt's inquiry, Lindsey said that the District will be represented at the Youth Congress sponsored by the Conejo Future Foundation at the Reagan Library. In response to Gibson's inquiry, Ward said that staff will follow up on possible funding opportunities resulting from the passage of Proposition 12, and he noted that some Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy projects have already been identified for possible grants. Lange highlighted the recent River Center dedication attended by both he and Berger, and urged all to visit the recently renovated facility. 12. REQUEST FOR STATUS REPORTS AND ITEMS FOR SUBSEQUENT AGENDAS In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Jorgensen said that the budget schedule will be presented to the Board the second meeting in April, and budget preparation has already begun.
