Consideration of Nominations For Alternate Special District <br />Representative On LAFCO <br />Ward referenced the documentation, and explained that the deadline for <br />submission of nominations for special district representative to LAFCO is <br />March 27. <br />Gibson said he would be pleased to be considered as nominee for alternate <br />special districts representative. In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Lange <br />and Ward reviewed the process governing elections and representation on <br />LAFCO. Jacobsen noted Lange's long service and commitment to VCSDA, <br />and Lange said that, due to other commitments, he would decline the <br />nomination as alternate. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to nominate <br />Gibson as the alternate special district representative on LAFCO. <br />9.
