October 21, 1999 <br />Page 3 <br />in response to Board inquiries, Sorensen explained that an agreement with <br />Newbury Park Girls Softball has not been finalized, and a building similar to <br />the proposed building is located in the Lang Ranch Oakbrook Community <br />Park site. <br />Linda Dichirco, GTE Planner, explained that the building would be capable <br />of serving 2,688 lines, and would, therefore, service the majority of Dos <br />Vientos. She said there is a similar structure in Oxnard Shores. <br />Sorensen said that landscaping will be done prior to construction, the <br />building exterior will be stucco, and GTE will be responsible for building <br />maintenance. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize staff to execute an easement agreement with GTE for the <br />purpose of locating a utility building at Dos Vientos Playfield. <br />9.
