Adoption Of Resolution Number 070899-A And Public Hearing For <br />Consideration Of Assessments For LIVID 94-1 Dos Vientos Playfield <br />And Open Space Improvements <br />Sorensen reviewed past relevant details, including legal requirements, and <br />authorization of assessments, and he identified the components of Phase 1 <br />of the Dos Vientos Neighborhood Park. <br />Holt announced that this is the time and place fixed for the Public Hearing <br />relative to consideration of levy of assessments for LIVID 94-1, and opened <br />the meeting for public discussion. Ohren said that the notice was given in <br />the manner and form as required by law. <br />Sorensen noted the presence of Amy Roblyer of Willdan Associates, and <br />said that the proposed assessment for 1999-2000 is less than last year's, <br />and there may be a slight assessment increase next year, but it will still be <br />within allowable limits. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, Holt <br />declared the Public Hearing closed. <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to <br />adopt Resolution Number 070899-A, confirming the diagram and <br />assessment, and providing for the levy of annual assessments for <br />LIVID 94-1 Dos Vientos Park and Open Space improvements; that it be <br />read in title only and all other readings by waived. <br />C. Adoption Of Resolution Number 070899-B And Public Hearing For <br />Consideration Of Assessments For LIVID 92-1 Rancho Conejo Playfield <br />Sorensen reviewed past relevant details. He said that the establishment of <br />the assessment district was approved by a vote of approximately 90 percent <br />of the homeowners, the assessment is being increased by approximately <br />$9.00 for a single family residence and $6.00 for an apartment unit, Phase <br />2 of the Playfield is now under construction, homeowners have agreed to <br />
