Ohren said that the notice was given in <br />the manner and form as required by law. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, Holt <br />declared the Public Hearing closed. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 to <br />adopt Resolution Number 070899-B confirming the diagram and <br />assessment and providing for the levy of annual assessment for fiscal <br />year 1999-2000 for LIVID 92-1 Rancho Conejo Playfield, that it be read <br />in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Sorensen said that no letters of protest were <br />received regarding either assessment district. <br />8.
