Adoption Of Resolution Number 060602-A Setting 2002-2003 <br />Appropriation Subject To Limitation <br />Jorgensen stated that this is an annual requirement. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 060602-A setting the 2002-2003 appropriation subject to <br />limitation, that it be read in title only and all further readings be <br />waived. <br />D. Approval Of Proclamation Commending Conejo Pops Orchestra And <br />Founder Maestro Elmer Ramsey <br />Scott commended the Conejo Pops Orchestra and its founder Maestro <br />Elmer Ramsey, and said that the proclamation will be presented at the July <br />4 concert. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to <br />approve a proclamation commending the Conejo Pops Orchestra and <br />its founder, Maestro Eimer Ramsey, for their outstanding services <br />and contributions to the community for the past 30 years. <br />9.
