City Of Thousand Oaks Correspondence Regarding Formation Of Multi - <br />Agency Ad Hoc Committee On Placement Of Wireless Communication <br />Facilities In Community <br />Jacobsen said that he is willing to serve on the committee. Ward said the <br />item was tabled at the May 21 Thousand Oaks City Council meeting, and he <br />will keep the Board informed on the issue. <br />F. California Special Districts Association Legislative Update - May 14, <br />2002 Relative To State Budget <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Ward presented an overview of legislative <br />matters relative to special districts, and said the state budget deficit has <br />grown, an indirect adverse impact to the District is expected and the final <br />version of the budget will be subject to a long process. <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />Sorensen reported that a May 28 tour of the Dos Vientos site has been <br />tentatively scheduled for Gibson and Jacobsen. <br />He thanked Jorgensen for his efforts during the move to 403 Hillcrest. <br />
