It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution 052302-C approving the Preliminary Engineer's Report; that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution of Intention 052302-E, setting the date, time, and place for the Public Hearing for LMD 94-1; that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. E. Adoption Of Resolution Number 052302-G, Setting The Facility Fee And Charges To Establish Rental Rate For Mobile Stage Scott stated that, as a result of the request made at the March 28 Board meeting, staff did a comparative study to determine an appropriate rental rate for the mobile stage; 44 agencies and 25 businesses were contacted; the District's current rental rate, including staff charges, is approximately the same as those of a private company; in comparison to other recreation agencies, the District's fee is higher; $43 is the current hourly rental rate; and staff recommendation is an hourly rental rate of $50, which represents a 14 percent increase from the 2001-2002 adopted fee. Sorensen said that staff is discussing the possibility of buying a new stage. It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution Number 052302-G setting the Facility Fee and Charges for the Conejo Recreation and Park District, effective July 1, 2002, to establish rental rate for mobile stage at $50 per hour; that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived.
