CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval Of Minutes Of November 6, 2003 Meeting <br />B. Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $197,882.83 <br />Payroll Total $335,229.97 <br />Gibson clarified that, relative to Item 8.A., he recused himself at the time of <br />the motion. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7, DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Approval To Submit Letter To State Accepting Modifications To <br />Purchase Contract Between District And State Of California <br />Marchesano provided background information, and said that recently the <br />State of California Department of Transportation's legal division made <br />perfunctory changes in the contract that neither significantly change each <br />party's obligations nor the previously agreed to costs, and he cited a few <br />changes that benefit the District. He said that Project Manager Ravi Ghate <br />indicated that funds are in place and the project should be complete in <br />2008. <br />In response to Gibson's inquiry, Marchesano said that the land in question <br />is a 150 by 10 foot parcel at the extreme north portion of Conejo Creek <br />North and Avenida de Las Flores on the east side of the 23 Freeway, and it <br />is a vital trail connection. <br />
