He stated that the project is for the Conejo Creek Southwest <br />construction documents, and staff recommends David Volz Design of Fountain <br />Valley, who is currently leading the Lang Ranch Community Park master plan <br />process and is the designer of record for Lang Ranch Neighborhood Park. <br />In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, he said that adequate parking should be <br />available at Conejo Creek South, and the possibility of a pedestrian bridge from <br />Gainsborough Road will be explored. <br />Gibson requested that the item be returned to the Board with more information. <br />Sorensen said that staff would be pleased to provide the Board more <br />information.
