May 1, 2003 <br />Page 6 <br />levying assessment for the maintenance of those improvements; the three <br />resolutions for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) and the three for LIVID 94-1 (Dos <br />Vientos) order an Engineer's Report, preliminarily approve the Engineer's <br />Report, and declare the intention of the District to levy the assessments, <br />setting the date, time, and place for the required Public Hearing. He said <br />that a decreased assessment is being recommended in both assessment <br />districts. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 050103-A initiating proceedings for the annual levy <br />of assessments for fiscal year 2003-2004 and ordering the preparation <br />of an Assessment Engineer's Report for Landscape Maintenance <br />District No. 92-1 (Rancho Conejo Playfield); that it be read in title only <br />and all further readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 050103-B approving the Assessment Engineer's <br />Report for proceedings for the annual levy of assessments with <br />Landscape Maintenance District No. 92-1 (Rancho Conejo Playfield); <br />that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 050103-C declaring its intention to provide for an <br />annual levy and collection of assessments in Landscape Maintenance <br />District No. 92-1 (Rancho Conejo Playfield) and setting a time and <br />place for Public Hearing thereon; that it be read in title only and all <br />other readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobson, and carried " to <br />adopt Resolution Number 050103-D initiating proceedings for the <br />annual levy of assessments for fiscal year 2003-2004 and ordering the <br />preparation of an Assessment Engineer's Report for Landscape <br />Maintenance District No. 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch); that it be read in <br />title only and all further readings be waived. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />adopt Resolution Number 050103-E approving the Assessment <br />Engineer's Report for proceedings for the annual levy of assessments <br />within Landscape Maintenance District No. 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch); <br />that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />
