Jacobsen requested that, in the future, site and adjacent area topography be illustrated, and urged that topography be used to buffer surrounding areas. He said that community parks are meant to serve not only the surrounding neighborhood but the entire community as well, and only 24 percent of 130 acres will be developed. Berger highlighted community park standards, and said that the District makes every effort to ensure that prospective buyers are informed about future park sites, he assured everyone that the District would do its best, and thanked all for their input.
