Approval To Authorize A Seasonal Permit For 2003 Baseball Season <br />To Newbury Park Pony Baseball For Installation Of Temporary Fence <br />At Dos Vientos Community Park <br />Scott invited questions. <br />In response to Board inquiries, Scott said that the requested fence for Dos <br />Vientos Community Park for the 2003 spring and summer baseball season <br />has not yet been erected, it will be left up for the duration of the season, <br />and specifications are similar to those previously approved for Newbury <br />Park Pony Baseball at Cypress Park. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to <br />authorize a seasonal permit for the 2003 baseball season to Newbury <br />Park Pony Baseball for installation of a temporary fence subject to <br />conditions contained in submitted documentation. <br />
