Authorization Of Seasonal Permit For 2003 Baseball Season To <br />Westlake Baseball Association For Installation Of Temporary Fence At <br />Triunfo Park <br />Scott said that this is an annual request, and she stated the recommendation. <br />In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Ward said that the size and physiographic <br />constraints of Triunfo Park limit expansion of recreation facilities that would <br />include a community center building. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Molt, and carried 4-0 to authorize <br />a seasonal permit for the 2003 baseball season to Westlake Baseball <br />Association for installation of a temporary fence subject to conditions <br />contained in the submitted memorandum . <br />9.
