Park Division Report <br />Friedl reported that he has participated in two meetings of the Sycamore <br />Canyon Study Group, closer investigation indicates that enrollment impact <br />will be less than anticipated, and therefore no further involvement of the <br />District is needed. <br />He said that the Dos Vientos Neighborhood Park site is in the final plan <br />check phase. <br />Friedl said that there is no near term start date for the Dos Vientos playfield <br />site; the Conejo Creek South restroom project, funded by Westlake Village <br />Rotary, has been fully permitted and put out to bid; on behalf of the District, <br />he personally thanked them for their fund raising effort, which is approaching <br />the $100,000 commitment; and an agreement to designate Conejo Creek <br />South as an emergency staging area for the Fire Department will be brought <br />before the Board at the next meeting. <br />Jacobsen requested continued updates on the Two Winds issue, and Gibson <br />urged that the District continue to be vigilant relative to liability issues and <br />protecting District interests. <br />B.
