In response to Gibson's inquiries, Friedl said that the field could be ready for planting seed or laying sod in about three weeks, the $32,000 quote for hybrid Bermuda sod over seeded with annual rye includes installation. Gibson said that if scheduling, time management and parking issues, including those concerning Conejo Valley Days, can be resolved, he would support the recommendation. Allison thanked the District for its help, and said he was pleased with the collaborative effort. B. Consideration Of Proposed Board Of Directors 2004 Meeting Schedule Ward referenced the documentation, and stated that the schedule indicates all meetings are to be held on the first and third Thursdays of each month, except the one meeting hiatus in August, and the schedule can be modified at any time, if necessary. It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobsen, and carred 5-0 to adopt the proposed Board of Directors 2005 meeting schedule.
