City Of Thousand Oaks Correspondence Relative To Recreation <br />Improvements Committee <br />In response to Gibson's inquiry, Friedl said that the City Council approved <br />the formation of the committee, but no formal written communication has <br />yet been received. Gibson and Jacobsen stated that an interagency <br />committee already exists to address mutual concerns. Holt asked that <br />Friedl contact the City and indicate that the District would be pleased to <br />work with the City through the existing committee. <br />E. City Of Thousand Oaks Correspondence Relative To Preliminary <br />Report, 2004 Attitude Survey Results <br />Lange noted the high approval rating of the District. <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />Friedl reported that the Local Agency Formation Committee (LAFCO) <br />municipal service review is due September 3; the construction of the dog <br />park shade structures will begin July 26; a slight delay at Conejo Creek <br />South has been caused by discovery of an undocumented waste water <br />lateral; the lighting adjustment at Conejo Creek will likely be conducted the <br />second week in August; graffiti has been discovered at La Barranca near <br />Rancho Conejo playfield; and the California Special Districts Association <br />(CSDA) Conference is scheduled for September 27 through 30. <br />
