Adoption Of Resolution Number 062404-B Setting Facility Fee And <br />Charges <br />Benton stated staff recommends a five percent increase of rental fees for <br />use of reservable facilities. <br />In response to Gibson's inquiry, Benton said that, based on surveys, the <br />mobile stage fee is comparable to those in similar organizations, and all <br />staff and travel time costs are charged to the user, <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 062404-B setting the Facility Fee and Charges for <br />the Conejo Recreation and Park District, effective July 10, 2004; that it <br />be read in title only and all other readings be waived. <br />G. Adoption Of Resolution Number 062404-C Setting 2004-2005 <br />Appropriation Subject To Limitation <br />Lewanda stated that this is an annual process. She briefly discussed the <br />applicable Government Code, and recommended adoption of the <br />resolution. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />adopt Resolution Number 062404-C, Setting the 2004-2005 <br />Appropriation Subject to Limitation; that it be read in title only and all <br />other readings be waived. <br />H. Approval Of Proposed Amendments To Procedures To Select Special <br />District Representatives To Local Agency Formation Commission <br />(LAFCO) <br />Ward referenced the LAFCO documentation, and stated it is being <br />recommended that the regulations regarding selection of Special District <br />Representatives to LAFCO be amended to eliminate the requirement for a <br />meeting, to be substituted with a mailed ballot. Lange stated his support of <br />the amendments. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />adopt Resolution Number 062404-D A Resolution to Adopt <br />Amendments Pertaining to the Selection of Special District <br />Representatives to the Local Agency Formation Commission; that it <br />be read in title only and all other readings be waived. <br />
