Approval Of Proposed Amendments To Procedures To Select Special District Representatives To Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) Ward referenced the LAFCO documentation, and stated it is being recommended that the regulations regarding selection of Special District Representatives to LAFCO be amended to eliminate the requirement for a meeting, to be substituted with a mailed ballot. Lange stated his support of the amendments. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution Number 062404-D A Resolution to Adopt Amendments Pertaining to the Selection of Special District Representatives to the Local Agency Formation Commission; that it be read in title only and all other readings be waived.
