It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution Number 042204-E approving the Assessment Engineer's Report for proceedings for the annual levy of assessments within Landscape Maintenance District No. 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch); that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution Number 042204-F declaring its intention to provide for an annual levy and collection of assessments in Landscape Maintenance District No. 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch) and setting a time and place for Public Hearing thereon; that it be read in title only and all other readings be waived. Holt said that the Public Hearing is scheduled for May 13, 2004. B. Adoption Of Resolution Number 042204-G Authorizing District to Apply For Grand Funding Through Land And Water Conservation Fund Program Friedl provided background information. He stated that, with Board approval, staff will apply for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Program grant to offset Phase I development costs at Conejo Creek Park (Southeast Quadrant), and Westlake Rotary has offered to provide matching funds for this grant opportunity. Gibson noted that Little League is also seeking grant funds from Amgen for the Amgen field.
