Public Hearing — Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Budget <br />Holt declared the Public Hearing open. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was continued to the next regular meeting on May 13, 2004. <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Adoption Of Resolutions 042204-A, 042204-8, 042204-C For LIVID 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo), And Adoption Of Resolutions 042204-D, 042204-E, <br />042204-F For LIVID 94-1 (Dos Vientos), To Order And Preliminarily <br />Approve An Engineer's Report, And Declare Intention To Levy <br />Friedl recognized Mark Risco, Division Manager of MuniFinancial, provided <br />background information, referenced documentation and a map, described <br />park sites and answered questions. He said that property owners in both <br />Rancho Conejo and Dos Vientos established landscape maintenance <br />districts (LMDs) to provide reliable, longterm funding sources to properly <br />maintain the park sites; the law requires the annual preparation of an <br />Engineer's Report for the purpose of identifying substantial improvements, <br />establishing the annual assessment rate for the maintenance of those <br />improvements, and changes in parcels; the three resolutions for LIVID 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo) and the three for LIVID 94-1 (Dos Vientos) order an <br />Engineer's Report, preliminarily approve the Engineer's Report, and declare <br />the intention of the District to levy the assessments, setting the date, time, <br />and place for the required Public Hearing.
