Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $270,315.70 <br />Payroll Total $215,194.51 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to <br />approve the warrants as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Authorization To Purchase High Pressure Steam Cleaner <br />Marchesano provided background intormation. He stated that the District's <br />only steam cleaner has broken, and the cost of repair is nearly twice the <br />amount of the unit's value; it is used to clean hardscapes and to eliminate <br />graffiti, paint, grease and gum; and staff recommendation is to purchase a <br />new custom-made HydroTech High Pressure Seam Cleaner from Haynes <br />Industries of Moorpark for $8,874.40. <br />In response to Lange's inquiry, Marchesano said that the unit has a 185 - <br />gallon self-contained water tank and can be operated by one person. <br />
