Re -Adoption Of District's Investment Policy <br />Lewanda stated that it is necessary for the Board to authorize the <br />redelegation of investment authority on an annual basis; and the District <br />invests with the Ventura County Investment Pool and the State of California <br />Investment Pool (LAIF). <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 to <br />readopt the District's Investment Policy. <br />C. Consideration Of Appointment To Goebel Senior Center Commission <br />Ward synopsized the midterm appointment process, the January 26 <br />election, and the Commission vacancy, and said that staff proposal is to <br />approve Commission recommendation. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 to <br />approve the appointment of Joe Conti, effective immediately. <br />9.
