May 25, 2006 <br />Page 5 <br />Friedl referenced the documentation, and stated that Resolution 052506-B <br />confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 94-1 (Dos <br />Vientos); the levies, which can not exceed $259.11, are $169.36 per single <br />family unit and are within the range allowable; should the resolution be <br />adopted, the assessment diagram and levies will be filed with the County <br />Auditor, and staff recommendation is to adopt the resolution. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 052506-B ordering the levy of assessments for LIVID <br />94-1 (Dos Vientos); that it be read in title only and all further readings <br />be waived. <br />C. Adoption Of Resolution No. 052506-C, Setting 2006-2007 <br />Appropriation Subject To Limitation <br />Lewanda stated that this is an annual ministerial process, and <br />recommended adoption of the resolution. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobson, and carried 5-0 to <br />adopt Resolution Number 062506-C, Setting the 2006-2007 <br />Appropriation Subject to Limitation; that it be read in title only and all <br />other readings be waived. <br />9.
