May 25, 2006 <br />Page 4 <br />In response to Jacobsen's inquiry regarding the Santa Rosa site, Friedl said <br />that unresolved issues remain involving the County of Ventura and the City <br />of Thousand Oaks. <br />Board members thanked staff for a very informative presentation. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0 to approve <br />the Master Plan revisions. <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Public Hearing - Adoption Of Resolution Number 052506-A, Ordering <br />Levy Of Assessments For LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) <br />Gibson opened the Public Hearing. <br />Friedl referenced the documentation and stated that: Resolution Number <br />052506-A confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LMD 92-1 <br />(Rancho Conejo); the levies are $44.71 per single family unit and are within <br />the range allowable; should the resolution be adopted, the assessment <br />diagram and levies will be filed with the County Auditor; and staff <br />recommendation is to adopt the resolution. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 052506-A ordering the levy of assessments for <br />LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo); that it be read in title only and all other <br />readings be waived. <br />B.
