Adoption Of Resolution No. 042006-A, Adopting Preliminary Budget <br />For Fiscal Year 2006-2007 <br />Lewanda stated that this is an annual occurrence, the preliminary budget <br />submitted for Board consideration is the 2005-2006 adopted budget, and <br />the preliminary budget acts as a stimulus to begin the public hearing <br />process. <br />in response to Board inquiries, Friedl said that Capital Improvement <br />Projects (C1P) projects will be discussed in an upcoming meeting, and fund <br />balances by zone will be provided. Lewanda said that a budget calendar <br />would be provided. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution No. 042006-A, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2006-2007 <br />Preliminary Budget; that it be read in title only and all other readings <br />be waived; and authorize the General Manager to publish the Notice of <br />Adoption. <br />B.
