Adoption of Resolution No. 090607-A, Designating Authorized District <br />Agents for Purpose of Obtaining Federal and State Financial <br />Assistance; Additional Approval to Authorize Sub -Grantee <br />Assurances Relative to Hazard Mitigation Grants <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 090607-A, designating authorized agents of <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District, for the purpose of obtaining <br />federal and state financial assistance and to authorize Subgrantee <br />Assurances relative to Hazard Mitigation Grants; that it be read in title <br />only and all other readings be waived. <br />
