Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $1,465,066.39 <br />Payroll Total $344,589.93 <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Gibson, and carried 4-0 to approve <br />the Consent Calendar. <br />DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />NEW ITEMS <br />A. Certificate of Acceptance for Lot 2 of Tract Number 5377 — Near Ventu <br />Park Road and Newbury Road <br />Hare said, as part of conditions of approval for the residential development <br />project with Aldersgate Investment, the District has been offered Lot 2 of <br />Tract No. 5377. The District has received and reviewed the Phase 1 <br />Environmental Study for the development and the Title Insurance <br />Ownership of Lot 2. Additionally, the District has received Quimby Fees in <br />the amount of $377,609 for the proposed development. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 to <br />authorize General Manager to sign certificate of acceptance for Lot 2 <br />of Tract No. 5377. <br />
