It was moved by Holt, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution No. 091808-A, Casting Conejo Recreation and Park District's ballot for Gail Pringle as Independent Special District Alternate Member to the Ventura Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO); that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. D. Establish ad hoc Committee of Board of Directors to Review Conejo Recreation and Park District's Ordinance Manual Friedl stated that staff believes it is appropriate at this time to evaluate and modify the District Ordinance Manual. There are both substantive and non - substantive changes that should be considered. Staff recommends an ad hoc committee of the Board of Directors to meet with staff to discuss potential modifications, which will then be submitted for full Board consideration at a public meeting. Jacobsen and Holt asked to serve on the committee. Lange established an ad hoc District Ordinance Manual Committee, composed of Holt and Jacobsen, to work with staff to review the District's Ordinance Manual. E. Approval of 2007-08 Budget Adjustments Lewanda said that FY2007-08 is nearly closed, and with closure comes the need for budget adjustments.
