Approval of Caporicci & Larson for External Audit Services Lewanda reviewed the bid process. She said that on March 10, 2008 a Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued for audit services beginning with the audit of Fiscal Year 2007-08 and ending with audit of Fiscal Year 2009- 2010, with two one-year optional extensions. The RFP was mailed to 26 auditing firms, and seven firms responded. Each firm's proposal was evaluated by a committee consisting of Management Services Administrator, CRPD Accounting Supervisor Jan Robertson and MRCA Assistant Finance Office Jeff Jones. Caporicci & Larson was selected, and the not -to -exceed price for the three year base contract is $41,250.
