The resolution under <br />consideration confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID <br />94-1 and confirms the levies of $215.95 per single family unit, which are <br />within the allowable range. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to <br />adopt Resolution Number 050808-B, confirming the diagram and <br />assessment and providing for the levy of annual assessments in a <br />special maintenance district (Landscape Maintenance District 94-1 <br />Dos Vientos Ranch); that it be read in title only and all other readings <br />be waived. <br />C. Adoption of Resolution No. 050808-C Approving Engineer's Report, <br />Confirming Diagram and Assessment and Ordering Levy of <br />Assessment for Fiscal Year 2008-09 (Districtwide Assessment (AD 62- <br />1) <br />Hare referenced documentation. He stated that on April 24, 2008 the Board <br />directed preparation of the annual Engineer's Report for the Districtwide <br />Assessment (62-1), preliminarily approved the Engineer's Report and set <br />the date, time and place for this Public Hearing to consider the final <br />approval of the Engineer's Report, confirm the diagram and assessment, <br />and order the levy of assessment for fiscal year 2008-09. The submitted <br />resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for the <br />Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD <br />62-1) and confirms the levies contained therein. The levies are $30.34 per <br />single-family equivalent unit throughout the District except for properties <br />covered by AD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) or AD 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch) <br />where the levy is reduced to $15.17 per single-family equivalent unit. <br />It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 050808-C approving the Engineer's Report, <br />confirming diagram and assessment and ordering levy of assessment <br />for fiscal year 2008-09 (Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1). <br />D.
