Public Hearing — Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Budget <br />Lange declared the Public Hearing open. <br />As no one was in attendance who wished to address the Board, the Public <br />Hearing was continued to the next regular meeting on ,lune 5, 2008. <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Adoption of Resolution No. 050808-A Ordering the Levy of the Annual <br />Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 (Rancho <br />Conejo) <br />Hare stated that on April 24, 2008 the Board adopted a resolution of <br />intention to levy assessments for LIVID 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) for fiscal year <br />2008-09, which sets the date, time and place for the Public Hearing <br />required for the levy of annual assessments. The resolution under <br />consideration confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID <br />92-1 and the levies of $49.53 per single family unit, which are within the <br />allowable range. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobson, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution Number 050808-A, confirming the diagram and <br />assessment and providing for the levy of annual assessments in a <br />special maintenance district (Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 <br />Rancho Conejo Playfield); that it be read in title only and all other <br />readings be waived. <br />B.
