Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 043009-A, Ordering the Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) Hare stated that on April 16, 2009 the Board adopted a Resolution of Intention to levy assessments for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) for fiscal year 2009-10, which sets the date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of annual assessments. The resolution under consideration confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LIVID 92-1 and the levies of $50.30 per single family unit, which are within the allowable range. It was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution No. 043009-A ordering the levy of assessments for LIVID 92-1 (Rancho Conejo); that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived.
