The District's current code was last amended in January
2007. This year, County Counsel has revised the suggested standard disclosure
categories, the District's Code incorporates the California State Fair Political Practices
Commission's regulation 18730, and thus as FPPC regulation 18730 is amended, so too
is the District's Conflict of Interest Code.
It was moved by Holt, seconded by Short, and carried 3-0 to adopt Resolution
Number 100710-A, Amending the Conflict of Interest Code for the Conejo
Recreation and Park District and authorizing the General Manager to forward the
amendment to the Clerk of the Ventura County Board of Supervisors; that it be
read in title only and all further readings be waived.
