DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Approval of Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Years 2009-10 and 2010-11 <br />Lewanda stated that fiscal year 2009-10 is nearly closed, and with that process comes <br />the need for budget adjustments. She said she was available for questions. <br />In response to Holt's inquiry, Lewanda said that the mobile lights at the Conejo Valley <br />Historical Society are the property of the District and will be used when necessary. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Short, and carried 3-0 to approve budget <br />adjustments for fiscal years 2009-10 and 2010-11. <br />B. Adoption of Resolution Number 100710-A, A Resolution Amending Conflict of <br />Interest Code and Authorizing General Manager to Forward Amendment to Clerk <br />of the Board of Supervisors <br />Friedl stated that every two years the District is asked to review and update, if necessary, <br />its Conflict of Interest Code. The District's current code was last amended in January <br />2007. This year, County Counsel has revised the suggested standard disclosure <br />categories, the District's Code incorporates the California State Fair Political Practices <br />Commission's regulation 18730, and thus as FPPC regulation 18730 is amended, so too <br />is the District's Conflict of Interest Code. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Short, and carried 3-0 to adopt Resolution <br />Number 100710-A, Amending the Conflict of Interest Code for the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District and authorizing the General Manager to forward the <br />amendment to the Clerk of the Ventura County Board of Supervisors; that it be <br />read in title only and all further readings be waived. <br />
