Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) Cash Report <br />D. 2011 California Special Districts Association (CSDA) Committee Participation <br />Lange said he would be interested in being part of the endeavor. <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Kouba noted the 2010 Photography Contest Judging Packets, and requested Board <br />inputs. The refurbishment of Thousand Oaks Park is underway. A donated <br />conference table has been installed in the Rangers Office. In response to Lange's <br />inquiry, Kouba said that the Wild Flower Play Field refurbishment is almost complete. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Lindsey referenced documentation, and highlighted recreation events and activities. <br />Tropical Daze Summer Music Festival will be held at Thousand Oaks Community Park <br />on July 24 and 25. The Fishing Frenzy is scheduled for August 7 at Conejo Creek <br />North. <br />C. Management Services Division Report <br />
