Proposed California Special Districts Association (CSDA) By -Law Changes Fried[ referenced the documentation and explained that CSDA's Elections and Bylaws Committee and the Board of Directors have approved changes to the bylaws and now, in accordance with existing bylaws, are seeking a majority vote of a quorum of Regular CSDA members to support the proposed changes. He said that staff is comfortable with the proposed amendments.
