NEW ITEMS <br />A Two Moons Music Festival -- Agreement and Permit Conditions at Conejo Creek <br />Park with Cantillon Entertainment Group <br />Friedl highlighted a proposed agreement for the potential use of the Conejo Creek <br />Park for a 2 -day music festival in May 2011, and introduced Jimmy and Kevin <br />Cantillon of the Cantillon Entertainment Group. Their presentation highlighted recent <br />successes, components of the proposed event, expected attendance, parking plans, <br />possible performers, greening incentives and opportunities, plans for charitable <br />donations and site planning. <br />Concern was expressed by Gibson, relative to the sound impact on surrounding <br />homes, the number of attendees, notification parameters of neighbors, the need for <br />noise meters during the concert, limitation of alcohol sales and suspension of sales <br />prior to close of the concert, and changing the time for submission of permits to the <br />District for review. <br />Paula Larson, who lives on EI Monte Ave. expressed concern about noise and <br />security issues affecting neighbors in the surrounding area. <br />
