DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing — Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Budget <br />Gibson declared the Public Hearing open. <br />Friedl referenced public comments made during Agenda Item 4. <br />No others were in attendance who wished to address the Board, so the Public Hearing was <br />continued to the next regular meeting on May 20, 2010. <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 050610-A Ordering the <br />Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 <br />Hare stated that on April 15, 2010 the Board adopted a Resolution of Intention to levy <br />assessments for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) for fiscal year 2010-11, which set the <br />date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of annual <br />assessments. The resolution under consideration confirms and approves the final <br />Engineer's Report for LMD 92-1 and the levies of $53 per single family unit, which are <br />within the allowable range. The Notice of Public Hearing was published in Ventura <br />County Star on April 26, 2010. <br />
