Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $182,889.31 <br />Payroll Total $293,034.70 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Short, and carried 5-0, to approve the Consent <br />Calendar. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Access Easement with Conejo Valley Unified School District at Conejo Creek <br />South Park <br />Hare provided germane information. He stated that Conejo Valley Unified School <br />District (CVUSD) is contemplating construction of a high school at the CVUSD <br />headquarters site. In order for CVUSD to continue the design development process <br />with the Office of State Architect, a reciprocal access easement agreement is <br />necessary. This item was approved at the February 16, 2010 CVUSD Board <br />meeting. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to authorize the <br />General Manager to enter into a reciprocal access easement agreement with <br />the Conejo Valley Unified School District near Conejo Creek South Park. <br />B. Resolution Number 030410-A, A Resolution to Expand the Boundaries of the <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District to include a Parcel of Rancho Potrero <br />Hare summarized pertinent information. He said that at the April 6, 1995 Board <br />meeting, the Board voted to expand the boundaries of the District to include a parcel <br />of Broome Ranch. Since then, the City of Thousand Oaks (City), District and Conejo <br />Open Space Conservation Agency (COSCA) met and agreed to a conceptual use <br />plan which is reflected in the Rancho Potrero Specific Plan No. 19. Rancho Potrero, <br />is currently held in fee title by both Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority <br />(MBCA) and COSCA. It has not been practical to transfer this property to COSCA. <br />The City will handle the application and administrative details of concurrent <br />
