January 21, 2010 <br />Page 4 <br />It was moved by Bolt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to adopt Resolution <br />012110-13, a resolution supporting a California State constitutional amendment, <br />which may appear on the November 2010 ballot as the Local Taxpayer, Public <br />Safety and Transportation Protection Act; that it be read in title only and all <br />further readings be waived. <br />9. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION <br />None <br />10. REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A. Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) Cash Report for Period <br />Ended November 2009 <br />Lange noted and discussed cash receipts from filming, parking and citations. <br />B. Budget Performance Report — December 2009 <br />I. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Hare stated that staff is looking forward to working with the City of Thousand Oaks <br />and Los Angeles County Animal Control personnel, beginning in February for a six- <br />month trial period at no cost. <br />Minimal comments were received relative to the McCrea Ranch environmental <br />document --Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND), which will be presented to the <br />Board at the next meeting. <br />Work on the relocation of the Ranger office to the Hillcrest building has been delayed <br />due to weather. <br />He presented an overview of the consequences of the current inclement weather, <br />which include minor flooding in parts of Conejo Creek North, two trees lost, <br />sandbagging in parts of open space, and leaks at Stagecoach Inn and Hillcrest <br />Center. <br />
