Parks Division Report <br />Hare reported the CIP Grant Funding program will close on June 1st. One application <br />has been received from the Conejo Valley Botanic Garden and a few more are <br />expected. Potential proposers for the AYSO snack shack have been interviewed. <br />Regarding the Master Plan Update, the negative declaration review period has ended <br />and the Update will be brought to the Board for adoption in the near future. <br />Lange asked about the condition of Conejo Creek South Park after Conejo Valley <br />Days. Hare reported that there was some minor damage. Lange noted the need for <br />mutt mitt dispensers along the bikeway path around Conejo Creek South. Hare will <br />investigate. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Wiley reported the Conejo Las Virgenes Future Foundation is beginning a strategic <br />planning process this Saturday. In response to a question from Jacobsen, Wiley <br />noted that the Foundation covers Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Westlake <br />Village, Agoura Hills and Calabasas. <br />C.
