Proposed TEN YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN, Proposed Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Years 2011-12 and 2012-13 Hare reported the final budget will be brought to the Board for adoption at the June 16th meeting. Discussion ensued regarding certain items in the budget and their priority placement. Jones moved, Gibson seconded, and it was carried 5-0, to move three ADA projects to Year One (CIP items 9.03, Canada Park, 9.07 Southshore Hills Park and 10.23 Wildwood Neighborhood Park.) Staff to make budget adjustments as needed to allow for these project realignments. 8. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION None 9. NEW ITEMS A. Goebel Senior Center Commission Bylaws Modifications Wiley summarized the Bylaw modifications and introduced Ron Schmitt, President of the Goebel Senior Center Commission and Andrea Koval, Recreation Supervisor at the Goebel Senior Adult Center. Wiley, Schmitt and Koval answered questions posed by Board members regarding attendance statistics at the Senior Center and the number and make-up of the Senior Center Commission members. It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-1 (Jones voting no) to approve Recommendation No. 1 lowering the age of membership on the Commission from 55-50 and not to approve Recommendation No. 2 requesting the removal of the residency requirement as a condition for serving on the Commission: B. Adoption of Resolution No. 051911-A, Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 051911-A Resolution Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2011-12 (Districtwide Assessment (AD 62-1)) It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-1 (Gibson voting no) to adopt Resolution No. 051911-A ordering the levy of assessments for LMD 62-1 (Districtwide Assessment 62-1); that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived.
