CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />May 19, 2011 <br />7:30 PM <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare and Lewanda, Recreation <br />Services Manager Wiley, Executive Assistant Reynders. <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />Recognition of Fireside Concert Volunteer Bob Kroll <br />Patty Hamm, Recreation Supervisor, introduced Bob Kroll and highlighted his involvement <br />and contributions to the Fireside Concert. Series. Kroll thanked the Board of Directors for <br />their recognition and thanked Borchard Community Center staff members Patty Hamm, Patti <br />Ricketts and Brian Naginey for their assistance over the years. The Board of Directors <br />offered their appreciation and thanks for Mr. Kroll's service. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried ", to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of May 5, 2011 Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $290,112.19 <br />Payroll Total $341,156.46 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
