March 17, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />Fleming thanked the District for its support, the use of Crowley House and the community's <br />beautiful parks. <br />Board members thanked Fleming for her presentation and service to the community. <br />4. Approval of Minutes of March 3, 2011 Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $363,548.54 <br />Payroll Total $327,185.39 <br />C. Public Sidewalk Easement with City of Thousand Oaks at Rancho Conejo <br />Playfield <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. Dos Vientos Park Site Playfield Construction and Development Condition Buy - <br />Out Agreement Between the Conejo Recreation and Park District (District) and <br />Standard Pacific Homes <br />Friedl introduced Attorney Mark G. Sellers, of Jackson, DeMarco, Tidus, <br />Peckenpaugh and thanked Hare and Sellers for their work on the project. <br />Hare provided an overview of the site's history, and the entities involved, including the <br />City of Thousand Oaks, Standard Pacific, Courtly Homes, Inc. and the District. He <br />noted the revised Buy -Out Agreement and stated he met with consultants, reviewed <br />
