Dos Vientos Park Site Playfield Construction and Development Condition Buy - <br />Out Agreement Between the Conejo Recreation and Park District (District) and <br />Standard Pacific Homes <br />Friedl introduced Attorney Mark G. Sellers, of Jackson, DeMarco, Tidus, <br />Peckenpaugh and thanked Hare and Sellers for their work on the project. <br />Hare provided an overview of the site's history, and the entities involved, including the <br />City of Thousand Oaks, Standard Pacific, Courtly Homes, Inc. and the District. He <br />noted the revised Buy -Out Agreement and stated he met with consultants, reviewed <br />
