January 20, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />Terri Todd, Thousand Oaks, spoke of her concerns regarding the dog park including the <br />need for longer hours of lighting, needed road repairs and vandalism of cars. <br />Elise Rimmeli, Newbury Park, spoke of her concerns regarding the dog park including the <br />need for longer hours of lighting, needed road repairs and vandalism of cars. <br />Susan Shotsky, stated her appreciation and love of the dog park, but said that it has <br />deteriorated. She urged action be taken. She also said that closing the park every month on <br />the third Thursday is not necessary. <br />Neal Ota, spoke of his concerns relative to the parking lot and restrooms. <br />Jacobsen said he was in receipt of three written statement cards from Cynthia Lotspike, <br />Nette Weinberger and Tammy Renault, all of which echoed the concerns expressed by the <br />speakers. <br />5. He said that staff requested information for <br />purchase of a utility tractor from three regional distributors of the product; Cl -Coast <br />Machinery, Diamond A Equipment, and Golf Ventures West. All provided information, <br />pricing, and delivered tractors for staff to test. Staff evaluated each product and <br />
