Rotary Club of Westlake Village Oakheart Country Music Festival 2013 <br />Agreement and Permit Conditions, Conejo Creek Park <br />Hare reported that after several meetings with representatives from the Oakheart <br />Music Festival, a date was mutually agreed upon, Saturday. June 15, 2013. All <br />terms and conditions are the same as in last year's agreement. Representatives <br />from Oakheart were made available for questions. <br />Gibson stressed the need for consistency among users of District facilities. Lange <br />added staff also needs flexibility when working with various groups to help make their <br />events successful. Huffer thanked staff and the Oakheart reps for working together <br />to find a reasonable date for the festival. He mentioned the new building was not <br />referenced in the agreement. Hare stated requirements include bringing in portable <br />toilets. The permanent restrooms will not be used. The new building will be closed <br />and not in use during the festival. This will be the last activity before the fields go <br />under refurbishment. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried " to authorize <br />General Manager to execute the Rotary Club of Westlake Village Oakheart <br />Country Music Festival Agreement for 2013. <br />D. Authorize General Manager to Revise Agreements (Attached), as Necessary, to <br />Reflect Ownership, Grading, Landscaping and Other Modifications Affecting <br />Park District Property Should Such Modifications be Approved by the City of <br />Thousand Oaks via Tract 5325 (Mod. TTMJ 2012-70230) <br />Friedl presented a review of the history of this item, which was brought originally to <br />the Board in 2006. Since then, the project has been modified and the applicant is <br />seeking approval from the City's Planning Commission. If the Planning Commission <br />approves the modifications, staff will return to the CRPD Board with appropriate <br />changes to the existing Agreement. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Huffer and carried 5-0 to authorize <br />General Manager to Revise Agreements, as necessary, to reflect ownership, <br />grading, landscaping and other modifications affecting park district property <br />to be consistent with modifications approved by the City of Thousand Oaks via <br />Tract 5325 (Mod.
