This will give Rey - <br />Crest the option to get this additional work done between mid-August and <br />mid-September, mutually benefitting Rey -Crest and the District. <br />Jones moved, Jacobsen seconded, and it carried " to award bid to <br />Rey -Crest Roofing, in the amount of $62,720, plus an additional <br />contingency in the amount of $57,280, totaling $120,000, for <br />construction of the Thousand Oaks Community Center Roof <br />Renovation Project <br />F. Annual Master Plan Update & CIP Status Report for Fiscal Year <br />2011-2012 <br />Hare presented the annual update to the Master Plan, including an <br />attachment showing all projects completed in the last fiscal year — nineteen <br />projects have been completed, projects in green are carryovers to be <br />completed next year, projects in red are completed but require a final <br />invoice, projects in white are in planning stages or unfunded or uncompleted <br />for various reasons. After a quick review of the Master Plan, staff <br />recommends a minor revision to the definition of "Special Facilities" in order <br />to maintain consistency. <br />Gibson moved, Jacobsen seconded, and it carried 5-0 to approve the <br />annual update to June 2011 Master Plan. <br />G. RDA Oversight Board Appointment <br />Friedl has sent an email request to the independent, recently -hired counsel <br />working for the T.O. Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Board <br />with questions and citing portions of the new assembly bill just signed by the <br />governor; as of this evening, no response has been received. Friedl's <br />interpretation is that CRPD should be considered the largest independent <br />special district eligible to nominate someone to the Thousand Oaks <br />Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Board. <br />Jacobsen moved, Jones seconded, and it carried " to appoint <br />General Manager to serve as the representative to the successor <br />agency oversight board from the Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />with territory within the jurisdiction of the former Thousand Oaks <br />Development Agency. <br />10.
